Spilt water on pc

I just spilled water on my pc and the screen went black it still turns on but I camt get anything to show up on screen anyone know how to fix this. All the fans spin I don’t know what to do. HELP!!!

All you can do at this point is let everything dry out and hope for the best.

 

If everything works as it did before you probaly "just" killed your GPU.
Though the worst thing you can do is spill liquid on electronics and right after turn them back on again. This alone could have easily doubled the damage done.
