Weird VPN issue

Sorry for my bad English in advance. Long story short, I got a new acer predator helios 300 a few days ago and I need to connect to vpn in order to login to league of legends but i encounter some weird issue, here is the situation:

 

-network is normal when not connected to vpn

- connect to vpngate and nord vpn successfully (can't go onto internet) but unable to connect to my school vpn

-not able to browse the web after connected to vpn (try multiple wifi already)

-league client said I am offline if I open the client while connected to vpn

-while I cannot browse the web nor login to league, my Skype works fine when i connected to vpn

-after connected to vpn, windows said I have no internet connection

-vpn works fine on my surface go

 

I have never encounter such a weird situation, apparently my network is fine using vpn since I can still skype my friend but I cannot browse the web at all. Anyone know what is going on?
