Rx570 problems

My friend brought over his pc saying there was no signal, so I tested his rx570 4gb in my pc and it works, neat I put my rx570 8gb into his pc and still no signal, then I put in an old gt210 into his pc and it works. His pc works off onboard graphics but not off 2 amd cards, tried removing ram and still nothing, could it be his psu is dying?

This does sound like a PSU issue, but it would have to be particularly bad to not be able to power an RX 570. I would possibly try your PSU with his system to be sure, but he should look into investing in a quality 400-550w PSU.

Probably the power supply can't support the wattage of the RX570. tell him to replace his PSU to a PSU with higher wattage.

Ok update he bought a gigabyte 80+ bronze p650b psu and still nothing
