This is my first time on these forums so sorry if this isn't where you're supposed to put something like this.

Alright so I've been trying to fix my audio issue for a couple of days now and I truly have no clue whats causing it. I think that the Realtek onboard audio drivers are missing or not working at all and I can't update/ download them which is why no devices get detected when I plug them into the motherboard aux cord plug. I've used several headphones, earphones, and speakers so I know it's not that. Sometimes on my device manager the Realtek Audio Driver appears but it doesn't work and it says "Error Code 10 (This device cannot start). I've uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers several times, tried updating them manually and with windows search, and just straight up removed and reinstalled all my PC components. This is really getting me upset, if anyone knows how to fix this I'd be really grateful.

My PC Specs:

MOBO- ASRock B450M Pro4

CPU- Ryzen 5 1600

RAM- 16gb DDR4 2800mhz

GPU- GTX 750 ti (Yes I know ima upgrade soon)

PSU- ARC 450

Yeah I installed it from there like 5 times now and still nothing. What's really weird is this is a new PC build that I've only had for 1 month and the motherboard audio jack worked like a week ago.

Did you update windows recently?

I read a Reddit post about the new update breaking the audio on windows, maybe uninstall everything and let windows get the drivers.

Try DDU "Display Driver Uninstaller" and choose RealTek and clean and restart.  Then install latest realtek drivers from them and let us know.

I did update windows recently but I don't think that's it since I just grabbed an empty drive and installed windows 10 on it and still no audio. I think it might be a problem with the motherboard, but I checked it for any visual damage and it looks fine.

Try a DDU "Display Driver Uninstaller" in there it has RealTek choose that and clean and restart and see how it is.
