Computer crashes when plugging in second HDMI

So like the title says my whole computer will just decide to crash when i plug in a second hdmi chord for my second monitor. What happens is the primary monitor is working just fine but then when the second one gets plugged in it just stops working and i have to shut off the computer through the psu switch in order for anything to be operable again, both the monitors work, i've unplugged one and tried the other and they both work just as intended, but if i plug them both in it stops operating.

I built my pc a few days ago, it's been working fine and this is the only issue. I also only have two hdmi ports on my graphics card, both of them work individually just not when the two monitors are plugged in

If you have only one plugged in it doesn't matter which port you use? Both ports and both screens work as long as you don't have both screens connected at the same time?

Have you tried reinstalling your graphics driver?

No, both screens don't work the issue is if i plug in the two monitors to my pc, the computer stops working. It only works with one monitor plugged in
