Internet providers?

I live in ga and in a bad area where my only internet provider is planters...........lol planters

 

well my speed test show 15 down 700kbs up and when i download torrents and really anything i only pull 1.6 so i think its the company i have tryed different routers had them reinstall the line its just bad lol

 

so i was looking in to wireless internet and found home fusion but is 30gb as high as i can go because thats like ............... me making a video of me pissing for a few secs and uploading it then downloading it and im capped srry for the graphic ness

Basically divide advertised speeds by 8 and you get your actual potential speed in MB

comcast package i had was 3 or 6 mbs and was downloading realtime 3.4 but this new company is 15 and im getting 1.6 yyyyyyyy
