Annoying FPS drops

Hello guys, I hope you all doing okay. I have got some fps drops in games this is really annoying. Especially in CS:GO and PUBG. I even tried setting fps cap in PUBG at low settings but there were still these annoying drops. While gaming my cpu gpu temps are  okay, in CS:GO cpu is like 53-55, pubg 57-63 degrees gpu max 71 degrees. Here is my setup

CPU- i5 9600k stock speed

GPU- MSI GAMING Z RTX 2060

RAM- Corsair venegeance rgb pro-2666

CPU cooler - Hyper 212 black edition

HDD- 1tb Toshiba

SSD-samsung 860 evo 250gb

 Please Help me guys
