I don't know what is causing this, and I've tried several fixed that I've looked up online, but for some reason it keeps coming back to haunt me.
When I'm not doing anything, not using Google Chrome, not using spotify or anything, i mean basically have it on idle, because it happens right when I turn the PC on it says in task manager that I have 88% usage..
I have 16 gb ddr4 ram

A HT App and a bunch of other stuff will get that RAM usage up.  Just listen to eemosun and check out your processes.

Did you reserved ram for any application ? Like this ram cache softwares where you can also  install games on ram ? I mean inside your taskmanager isnt much thats pulls much power but you are still capping the ram! So there have to be something thats pulls it away ! There are some fixes on youtube for memory leaks under windows 10 you may try this aswell

Yea sometimes you get the software with your motherboard like Asus RoG ram cache !

Have you disabled your pagesizefile maybe ?

Can you pls do a userbenchmark and check ram performance !?

UserBenchmarks: Game 65%, Desk 66%, Work 40%
CPU: Intel Core i5-6600K - 53.7%
GPU: Intel HD 530 (Desktop Skylake) - 6.4%
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1070 - 77.5%
SSD: Samsung 750 EVO 250GB - 78.8%
SSD: Kingston A400 240GB - 80.9%
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 2TB - 105.6%
RAM: HyperX Fury DDR4 2133 C14 2x8GB - 73.9%
MBD: MSI B150 GAMING M3 (MS-7978)

Is this what you're talking about?

also, i've somehow reduced it to 28% usage now from the before 94%
