Rx 570 cant update drivers (code 43)

So I just got a new gpu(used), plugged it in and went to update its drivers. Upon doing so, I discovered that they cant be properly installed resulting in code 43. I tried uninstalling through device manager and by using DDU. Also tried using older version of drivers but to no avail. Radeon software just says No amd driver installed or it is not working correctly. Help anyone? :/

Maybe it's one mining BIOS, try find proper BIOS at TechPowerUp Bios collections and flash it.

Well I checked the bios with GPU-Z and compared it to the one at TechPowerUp and its the same, or gpu-z cant be trusted with this?
