Aorus Engine - how do I set up my fan speed and target temp?

My GPU goes under full load whenever I play a game, the temps rise at 60-65°C. The default settings are 65°C for temp and 33% fan speed. This is my first time doing this so I don't know how should I set up the settings. It's easier with case fans and cpu fan but this is complicated at first glance.
