CPU: I5 6400 2.7ghz

RAM: 4 x HyperX fury DDR4 4gb

GPU: Gtx 960 4gb overclocked

PSU: SilverStone Essential ET750-B Bronze 750W Power Supply

Motherboard: Asus H170 pro gaming

OS: Windows 10

My pc randomly full froze and I had to force shutdown. I tried to turn it back on but it turns on for a second.

Ive tried one thing which was turning off my psu from the pc and unplugging it and letting it rest overnight. Did nothing

My pc hasnt been cleaned in about a year or a bit less could dust be the reason? If not what are other alternatives I can try.

PC is about 2 years old but 2 sticks of 4gb are couple months old. PSU is 2 years old

Would be worth it to borrow a friend's PSU to test

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

Does it turn on then immediately off, no fan or lights? You need to check the power supply and cables. Unplug and replug cables. If that doesn't work, you need to test the power supply, with a meter. You either have a bad cable connection, a short, or the PSU has an internal failure.

Have u tryed to boot from usb with windows on it and started pc repair?

maybe u should install new copy of windows as u sad u havent cleand it for a year, you should try that.

and you can try to swap ram memory that might be issiue, or maybe power suply, u can also run diagnostics from usb to see what is the problem.
