Vertical GPU mount

I am using a Phanteks p400A and my pc is great while running a 3700X and a 5700XT but i was just wondering whether or not a vertical gpu is worth it for the looks, will it greatly effect my thermals? Also what brand should i go for.

I will say it's only for looks as long as your gpu is not a blower it will actually make your system look better (in my opinion)
