Help! Random PC Error State!

Build: 

Ryzen 5 2600X

Asus B450 gaming f

32 GB Gskill 3200 MHz(@ 2800MHz)

Gigabyte GTX 1080

 

So my PC has been having a random issue where my monitors, keyboard and mouse will all shut off (lose signal), but the PC is still powered on with the fans running. The OS seems to stop because when this happens during a 3D print the printer stops as well. Holding the power button and pressing the reset button do nothing. I have to switch off the PSU to power the machine off.

 

I am pretty sure it is the CPU or motherboard. The power and reset buttons not responding in this state is leading me towards motherboard so I am not sure. Has anyone experienced this or something similar before?!

I lean more towards the motherboard.  Also make sure you have done no overclocking and what not.
