I just bought an Asus rog strix 2070 super the other day and replaced my 1070 with it. I upped my graphics to max, except the TAA was at 2x. I was getting on average 119.2 fps, with my 2070 super overclocked, and was a bit confused because almost every other youtube channel benchmarking the 2070 super with relatively similar settings, SSBC, TAA-2x at 70, and getting 200fps+ with a ryzen 5 3600 and some other on par cpus. I have the ryzen 7 3700x @ 3.6 ghz. Anyone mind helping me out here.

It's a program that uninstalls graphics drivers properly. Always use it when you upgrade cards

Display Driver Uninstaller. It ensures you don't end up with situations like yours. Also, don't install GeForce Experience. It's bloatware that usually causes more problems than it solves. Also, what power supply and thermals are you getting on the CPU and GPU?

What memory are you running, and at what speed?

what clocks exactly are you running on the system...

in fact can you post full system specs please

If someone has helped you out on the forum don't forget to give them a reaction to say thank you!

Please put as much effort into your question as you expect me to put into answering it.
