HyperX Cloud headset issues! Mic not working.

Hey, 

 

So I have had theses headphones for awhile, I actually got them replaced by HyperX abit ago and I never used the mic on it, tell half a year ago and couldnt figure out how to get it working so i gave up.

 

Now, I want to use the Mic and cant figure out how to get it to work.

So this is what I see in my recording settings.

I have tried to make them all the default mic and nothing has worked I can blow into the mic and the bar does not move.

if you're using the adapter thing that comes with the headphones, there is a switch on it to mute the mic, so make sure that it is switched on

It has no adapter.

Its just the first mic.

But, It does have a spliter thing, So the 1 jack can go into both ports.

 

But if I remove the spliter, and put the single 3mm jack or what not into the mic thing and talk I can see the bars going up on my computer? But cant hear anything..
