what m.2 type

Hello I've an acer E15 E5-575g-54GY laptop and im willing to buy an m.2 ssd but ive seen there is a few types and im wonder what type could fit in this socket check the picture below

This is not true. There are some that are differently keyed and do not accept NVMe drives.

Some Retina MBPs use a tweaked M.2 form factor NVMe drive, doesn't work with any normal M.2. Then there's the different keys, and you have to actually have PCIe lanes to it for NVMe support (some are just M.2 SATA). Sometimes it's the other way around, my X99 Classy supports NVMe M.2 drives but not SATA ones. Best bet is to either track down the maintenance/user manual, or look at higher configs and see if any came with a SATA or NVMe M.2 drive, that'll tell you which ones work for sure.

Right. That's a wrong statement.

There are different types of keying that make some M.2 types not fit.

Just correcting so that OP doesn't go out and buy a drive assuming they all fit. They do not.

the M.2 standard uses a numerical naming convention to identify the specific attributes and functionality of the card.
As i said they are all M.2
