help with csgo.

don't know what topic to put this as my bad if i'm in the wrong forum but i play csgo alot and i got a good pc its stuttering a lot i would normally get 300 fps and up but i drop to around 80 fps and it'll go up to about 150 fps and it just stutters really bad. i looked on my task manager and it says im only using 20% of my gpu i normally get 40-50%. i've tried resetting all my setting reinstalling the game i don't know what else to try.

how does this behavior change with resolutions?

it stays the same but when i have it in window mode as you see ill jump up to about 600 fps

ive tried older nvidia drivers but it stayed the same

i tried all low settings and all maxed settings but it stays the same.

i've tried other games to like assassins creed odyssey and i max out the settings and it runs just fine.

Yes might be botched.  Run DDU i safe mode; if possible and do a clean and restart and reboot and come back in now install latest video driver.  good luck

i was thinking the same thing.

i fixed it for the most part but i did a system restore and its alot better.
