Powerline stop working

I have powerline, but it stop to work suddenly for minute or two, and work good and stop again,.. Somethimes stop 1 time a day, somethines a couple of times, somethimes in a couple of minutes. On other devices network works good. So the problem is on my pc or powerline.

Powerline is direct plug to wall.

Earlier pause last longer, but when i turn off power saving, pause is lower, but the problem is still here. It just stop work, i dont know why.

Fixed!

I watch tutorial on YT, but he is deleted, i dont know why.

Anyway, now, every time i turn on pc i get this:

 

Can i disable this windows and stil enjoy in fixed?

Help, i still have the same problem, every time  i turn on pc this appears, can i just stop this window from appear?

I  watch this tut, and i do everything, but i still get this window, help??

Check in Startup in Task Manager and see if anything is there OR check in AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup and see if anything is there like a .bat file or something.
