Just saw that update ....

I got the windows build on the insider program and the 440.23 driver got gtx 1060 wont do much for me but it seems gfx looks better but not all stable had problem with shadow of the tomb raider and you lose latency option.

436.15 latest  release is for me here.... nothing higher
