Weird ram issue

I'm using Corsair Vengeance 2x8gb sets of memory and when using both in dual channel when ram usage goes past 50% random programs start closing and apps stop working until I restart and it happens again, I am currently using just 1 of the ram sticks and it works fine with all my programs open, I did a Memtest86 test with both in and it reported no errors over 4 passes overnight, I'm not sure what could be causing this so I came here.

Have you checked through any error logs?  Can you describe the rest of your system?  Have you changed the pagefile at all?

Hi, my page file is system managed and is at 4gb, I am not sure of what error logs you mean, the rest of my system is Evga Gtx 1060, Ryzen 2600, and Evga 500w psu
