Graphics issue

hi, wasn't sure where to put this but after some help with graphics issue, all was good till today i recently upgraded CPU graphics an ram so decided i could boost my graphics details however when i opened sim later i was getting this flickering, its not happening with other games or anything only when i load iracing sim. so ive decreased the graphics again and it seems fine. any help would be good thanks.

Did you clean the old drivers with DDU when installing the new card?

Yeah as 5x5 said, use DDU, do a clean install on the drivers and try again, if that doesnt work try using an older driver that can sometimes help. Also go into steam and verify the game integrity. Maybe you got some messed up files
