What is the difference between the ram?

2400 MHz (PC4-19200)    (what does this mean?)

PC4-19200 is just another way to write DDR4-2400. The 4 is for the version, and 19200 is the bandwidth (per channel) in MB/s.

The two kits have SKU BLS2C4G4D240FSB and BLS2K4G4D240FSB , so they are not identical. They will likely still work together fine, it just isn't guaranteed (but then it never is when you mix two kits, even if they are identical).

Hello there. I'm planning to upgrade my PC by adding 2x4gb ram sticks. I currently have these and found these that at first sight looks identical (the websites are in swedish but I thing you'll understand the specs anyway). However the latency is a little different it seems (16-16-16 vs 16-16-16-31). Will this cause any problems or can I go ahead and buy them?

Thanks in advance!

So would you say I could go ahead and buy it or should i keep looking for the exact same stick?

I don't think you gain anything by looking for the exact same set.

As I said there's always a small risk of compatibility issues when combining memory kits - even completely identical ones. But the only real alternative would be to sell your current kit and buy a full 16GB kit. That's just a lot of trouble to go to, and most likely unnecessary. I'd just buy the 8GB kit.

yes those two ram kits are identical

The part number listed from both sites are practically the same

BLS2C4G4D240FSB

BLS2K4G4D240FSB

^ I guess this probably denotes the revision?

They are the same, one store is listing more information than the other.
