IIS index

Oh like the list of files in the web directory?

That I don't know, it has been awhile. I am not sure if it is possible if you have a default html file setup. I think you can do it on sub directory.
For example http://site/files/ but not the root if the default html has been setup.

 

You might be able to setup a secondary domain name that would go to the same place but IIS will treat it differently and not have default html page on that site.  I think you can do that on IIS but I personally have never done it.

Yeah that will work, as long as the index.html file still exists in your sites root directory.
