No POST - Tried Everything

Tl;dr - built new PC, won’t post after trying everything I could think of 

System config:

- Ryzen 3600

- Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 3600mhz CL18 8GB x 2

- Asus ROG Strix B450-f Gaming

- EVGA Supernova 650w p2 80+ Platinum

- PowerColor Red Dragon RX Vega 56

- Stock CPU cooler

 

First of all, I bought a cheap Athlon 200GE to update the BIOS so the 3600 would work. That was the only time it would post. I then installed the 3600, went to boot, and there was no post. I reseated the CPU, reinstalled the RAM, I unplugged all of the connectors and plugged them back in, I even went as far as to RMA the graphics card, because I thought that was the issue. Still no post. I then reinstalled the Athlon 200GE, and now I am not posting with that either. Also, for some reason, after I installed the 3600, when I flip the power switch on the PSU the system boots up, and the power button on the case doesn’t work at all. I redid all of the front panel connectors and the same thing is happening. Not sure if it’s related but I want to include all of the issues I’m having.
