i just build a pc and i can hear 5 beeps when i turn it on. I've read that it means a dead cpu, but i just bought it today

Any advice on what i should do. i already tested it without my GPU and  one  stick of ram RAM and still beep

My parts are a ryzen 5 3600 and Radeon 5700, corsair 3200 RAM 2x8GB

Note this is not my first build, build a pc for a friend with no issues

What motherboard are you using? Some motherboard require an update before being compatible with Ryzen 3600 CPUs.

CPU: Intel i7 6700k  | Motherboard: Gigabyte Z170x Gaming 5 | RAM: 2x16GB 3000MHz Corsair Vengeance LPX | GPU: Gigabyte Aorus GTX 1080ti | PSU: Corsair RM750x (2018) | Case: BeQuiet SilentBase 800 | Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34 eSports | SSD: Samsung 970 Evo 500GB + Samsung 840 500GB + Crucial MX500 2TB | Monitor: Acer Predator XB271HU + Samsung BX2450

Do you see any red light on your motherboard.  That would tell us if its CPU or RAM.  See if they have a BIOS update.  Seems like it is the CPU most probably.

i am using the asrock X570 steel legend

That would be fine without an update then.
Try removing the CPU and putting it back in.

Do you have the CPU power cable plugged in at the top left of the board?
