So I've had this idea for a while now but I'm unable to find any information on whether or not its possible. Basically the thought was that if your headphones use the 2.4Ghz to communicate to the dongle, would it be possible to then use a standard router or raspberry pi to then repeat the signal throughout an entire household for better coverage? The reason I mention it is I use a USB extension cable so I can place the dongle in a more signal advantageous spot and short of wiring it down down a few hallways, there's no way to improve the signal coverage to my knowledge.

Any thoughts, ideas, or links?
