Possible Micro stuttering in games

So I fairly recently built a new gaming system. Works great and runs great. Though I have hit a little snub while playing a game, in particular League Of Legends. When I play LoL, I get FPS between 100-300. Though, every minute or two, it feels like the game dips down to like 30 FPS, even though it doesn't. Other games I have played such as Overwatch, have no problems at all. I had no problems on my other system which had a gtx 1060 6GB, i7-8700, and 16GB of DDR4 RAM. This is a pretty minute issue but just wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions.
