Hi. Recently I undervolted my i7 6700HQ by -112mV and still it stays constant at 70-80 *C

I knew undervolting should reduce temperatures but in my case its useless

I have an ASUS ROG GL752VW

GTX 960M 4GB

8GB RAM

Btw my power plan should make my processor stay chill at max 90% use of it.

Undervolting might not necessarily reduce temps depending on how you have your power limits set. If you're letting the CPU use more than 100% power then undervolting would reduce temps which the CPU would see and use as an opportunity to boost higher for longer upto the max power limit which would result in higher temps again but your CPU boosting more.
