Sudden FPS drop

Was playing csgo and suddenly framerste dropped to about 15. I checked temps etc. Cpu about 55 gpu 40ish all seemed fine. Ram seems a bit hot to the touch I’m on amd version of xmp at 3600 stock voltage timing etc.

I’ve just been having a lot of problems with this build so want to make sure this isn’t a link into a much bigger problem and am asking what type of error symptoms does this seem like?

 

the other day I did have a black screen restart while playing rainbow but that hasn’t happened since. windows memory diagnostics and the memtest that comes with the ryzen ram configurator all said ram is good.
