Steam Linux Compatibility

Pentorin

Hey all! So I've seen everywhere what steam has this fancy compatibility layer for running x86 games on linux. How good is it actually? I want to switch to linux but I would have to be able to run steam games to be able to still stream.

There are quite good number of games that work natively on Linux. And then there's WINE you can use for the rest. I don't know why you mention x86. Just like Windows, Linux is backwards compabitible, at least with most popular distros.
