What do you want to benchmark exactly? Do you actually want to benchmark or do you want to stress test for stability?

 

There's a ton of synthetic benchmarks you can get for the CPU, like Cinebench, Asus' RealBench, etc etc...

 

For GPU, there's things like Unigine benchmarks and I think you can get the demo of 3Dmark on steam for the free "basic" version. There's also whichever games that you own, with the FPS counter of Steam (Steam setting > In game > in game fps counter), no need for additional softwares like Fraps.
