Aight, what brand? And m.2 ssd or just ssd?

Depends on your board. Some support M.2, some only support full sized SATA. Some have M.2 PCIe, while others are strictly M.2 SATA. As for brands, can't go wrong with a WD, Kingston, and ADATA drive. Samsung drives are some of the best you can get.

Well, I've lasted this long with a 120GB SSD as my boot drive, if you have a bunch of extra drive space on other drives it doesn't matter that your boot SSD is somewhat small.

There's more to the SSD than brand, and M.2 isn't even relevant, it's just a form factor. NVMe doesn't affect boot speeds, so the cheapest SSD you can get would pull off a quick boot.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

Bazooka v2 does support m.2 since I last checked

Does it support M.2 SATA or M.2 PCIe? There are two interfaces for M.2.

Sata

The WD Black won't work on your board since that drive is PCIe based SSD. A Samsung 860 EVO will do you nicely. You can get a 250GB version for under 100 bucks.
