kayboard problem

was using my blackwidopwchroma V2 this morning and it was working fine apart from a few phantom keys presses. i thought restarting and re plugging the device in might help but now it doesnt even light up. checked it on a different usbs on the same mobo and it doesnt work yet on my laptop its absolutely fine. other devices also work fine in the same usbs so i believe it to be a keyboard problem. any suggestions on potential solutions?
