AVG update takes too much power

Hi, wondering if i could get some help here,

 

Everytime AVG does a update, it lags/freezing games i play & even probably when i'm browsing(i think not too sure yet), it's kinda annoying, this never happen in the previous versions.

Dont use AVG

try not to play while its updating or scanning? just leave it till it finishes...

Get Avast. It protects slightly better, and it's pretty lightweight.
