No. It wont run Hot ♨. Also at this price MSI has the most solid VRMs so no need to worry. Can easily handle Ryzen 3rd Gen. And yes it has flash back.

There you go. That combination is excellent for gaming/streaming. Even less than that would be ok, at least for R6: Siege. But yeah, that's a hell of a rig. Only change I'd make would be adding more SSD storage since sometimes the difference in price between a 240GB and a 480GB SSD is minimal. But if you're fine with that capacity, go ahead and click "purchase," my friend. You'll be happy with it, I can assure you.

Edit: One small thing: how much cheaper is a 2060 Super compared to a 2070? If you wanna save some euros, the difference in perfomance between the two cards is not that substantial; so a 2060 Super would be very interesting for you.

It’s a 8c/8t I’d recommend  at least a HT cpu for a gaming/streaming pc

As said above, I will also recommend Hyper-threading for streaming. The 3700X actually does as good as the 9700K (yeah ik the 9700K will squeeze a few more fps) but when it comes to streaming, 3700X is a much better option.

Here is what I would like to recommend. £40 over the budget but believe me its a much better build and is worth the money.

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor  (£317.58 @ Aria PC)
Motherboard: MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX ATX AM4 Motherboard  (£109.99 @ Box Limited)
Memory: G.Skill Aegis 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory  (£66.49 @ Amazon UK)
Storage: Intel 660p Series 512 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive  (£63.75 @ CCL Computers)
Storage: Seagate BarraCuda 1 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  (£35.97 @ PC World Business)
Video Card: Zotac GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER 8 GB GAMING AMP Video Card  (£709.99 @ Amazon UK)
Case: Phanteks ECLIPSE P350X ATX Mid Tower Case  (£58.97 @ CCL Computers)
Power Supply: Corsair TXM Gold 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply  (£64.97 @ Amazon UK)
Case Fan: be quiet! Pure Wings 2 120 51.4 CFM 120 mm Fan  (£10.67 @ Box Limited)
Total: £1438.38
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Also you will be absolutely fine with the Ryzen Wraith Prism stock cooler. Holds up pretty well with precision boost on.

Yes the TOMAHAWK has the BIOS flash back feature and x570 is only worth it if you are going to use PCIe gen 4.

Slow ram? Lower quality psu

and for what? To get a 2080S? Really no point there bud

also, with a 3700x it might be worth looking in aftermarket cooling.

1. Going for a 3200 MHz or even 3600 doesn't significantly improve gaming performance.

2. If he has the budget, he should consider going for the 2080 Super. Its alot powerful and will give him some flexibility to play newer AAA titles (also RTX if he is in to it). Though for Rainbow 6 Siege only (which is not the case) something like a 5700 XT is more than enough.

3. No, he won't really need a cooler unless he plans some serious overclocking because light overclocking is not a thing on Ryzen chips because of precision boost and the stock cooler does pretty well there. So if he is in to some serious overclocking then an aftermarket cooler will be essential. Other than that, he is more than fine.

Still suggest a 3600 cl16 kit but as that’s expensive 3200 cl15/16 will suffice. 3000mhz Just lacks. Why go for a 2080S just because you can fit it within budget by skimping in other things? Doesn’t make sense to me. 2080 is plentiful, heck a 2070S = old 2080.

What do the numbers tell you? How much is the difference between them? Ask your self, will you be able to notice the difference in 5-7 fps more or less when the 2080 super will be pushing 120+ anything?

A good 3200 MHz cl 16 kit cost at least £20 more and going £40 over the budget for something like a 2080 Super instead of 2080 is acceptable but why should I pay more for such a small bump which I wouldn't even be able to tell?

3200 ram can get expensive ive changed some stuff around like insted of the 2080S i went for the 2080 just to give me some leg room as ive seen prices increase in the last few months i know there is that 1:1 thing with amd cpus ive seen benchmarks and 3200 was only like a few fps higher at time so it didnt make sence for me to spend that much extra on gaining a few fps also i wont be overclocking im still learning how to do that if i do want to overclock ill be saving up to get the corsair h100i or the h100x rn all i want to do is stream my i5 6400 and gtx 1060 bearly streams at 1080 :(

Its your money and you can spend it the way you want to ? I made something that was actually the best for the budget. But if you want to save, you can save more going with a 2070 Super instead. It goes head to head with the 2080, is more recent and the little difference that the 2080 makes isn't worth the £100 difference in price.

Basically after the launch of Super series, Its just not a good idea to go with the previous non-super cards because Super offers much better value.

And you know what else, at this point the 5700 XT also comes in consideration. Can do as good as the 2070 Super and might squeeze a few more fps in games it is more optimized for. For £450 :D Just avoid the reference models as they can get hot ♨. But something like a Sapphire Pulse 5700 XT is an inevitable option. (If RAY Tracing is not your thing).
