Help pc not booting

I Just build my new pc but wenn I boot it all the fans start spinning and the led on the gpu turns on and the power led also turns on but the monitor says no input detected. After about 30 seconds it suts of for a second or 5 and then it restarts and repeat.

I think it could be the output of the gpu or the bios of the motherboard.

Ryzen 3 1200 

Asus expedition rx570

8gd hyper X Fury 2666 MHz ddr4 

240gb Kingston SSD 

Asrock ab350 pro 2.0 motherboard 

Cooler master 450 watt 80 plus bronze
