What does this command do exactly?

I don't know this stuff and I'm just curious as to what this command does when set in powershell

-ExecutionPolicy Bypass -Command "Checkpoint-Computer -Description \"My Restore Point Startup\" -RestorePointType \"MODIFY_SETTINGS\""

Could you provide context about how you encountered this command?

I'm no PowerShell user, but it looks like something to done to create a restore point before main system settings are changed, and it's bypassing some policy - perhaps one for executing restore point commands from not-the-GUI?

Found it on some site on how to create restore points automatically. Just wanted to make sure it's nothing malicious.
