I want to get some RGB fans for my case. I want to be able to control the RGB in the BIOS with the Gigabyte Fusion thing because I don't want extra software cluttering up my system. Are there any RGB fans (120mm) that don't need software for led control? They don't have to be addressable, just RGB.

You are asking conflicting things. Gigabyte Fusion is software control. It's supported by various manufacturers, support is said in product page and usually on store pages as well.

No software would mean using remote or presets. Those are cheaper and only work with same manufacturers other hardware.

Yeah, but the Gigabyte Fusion is built into my bios, so It doesn't take up hard drive space. If I have to use windows software, Is there any software that won't have brand specific compatibility issues? (meaning it will work with other products?) I'm a noob at RGB.

Software only works for hardware it was designed to. So that would be no. Gigabyte software for Gigabyte mobo only. If you want to use another software, you need to buy hardware needed to use it. Corsair stuff as example. Why are you so worried about drive space? These software take few hundred megabytes at worst. Those won't be the issue, not even if you had 120Gb boot SSD only.
