Yo, SOOO...

My name is Tanner and I just finished a PC that I've been building since I was about 16, and it was performing so damn well up until last week.

Last week, I installed an SSD (Samsung 860 Evo) into my SATA slot in my Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0 motherboard and I suddenly have literally UNDER HALF performance in all games except GTA V (because it's already so trash).

I reinstalled Windows TWICE on this SSD: once keeping all apps and files, then again without keeping the apps.

I've updated / reinstalled every driver for all devices in my Device Manager application, activated Samsung Magician's 'RAPID' mode, temporarily overclocked my GPU, reinstalled my BIOS, switched the SATA ports, switched the SATA cables between both drives, and as you'll see in the attachments, I've tried every combination of visual settings on Rainbow Six Siege (my favourite game).

I have absolutely no idea what the hell the issue is, PLEASE HELP!

With everything you have tried the only thing I can think of is some kind of windows setting that would be defaulting to the integrated gpu if there is one. I would also check thermals and make sure that nothing is getting too hot or throttling any of your parts. Might want to check to that there is not some background task using a lot of resources or anything like that, and lastly make sure in the bios you have the drive set to AHCI

I upgraded my RAM today to 16GB DDR3 1600Mhz, and literally nothing changed.

The only thing that I know of that is showing an issue is the Samsung Magician application that is saying:

"DID 4391: Under the current system environment, some functions in Magician CANNOT be run. If multiple iterations of Read and Write are performed, RAPID mode may become inactive due to system internal errors on some of the AMD / AsMedia Controller or Driver."

I have no idea what this means and I can't find anything about it. What the hell do I do?
