My internet has been responding slow for awhile now, so I thought my ISP was giving me a poor connection, but testing on other devices has revealed this is not the case.
Something on my computer is damaging the internet connection, it wasn't always like this, and started a few weeks ago.

I've tested quite a few things, its not my ethernet cable, its not the router, its not the internet drivers, and I've run many virus scans.
It's gotten to the point where my internet speed is one third what it used to be, the wifi simply does not work(so it can only be connected through ethernet) and vpns cannot connect properly.

Looking online has people saying the motherboard should not affect performance.

I recently got a new ssd, so it would be an enormous pain to wipe the harddrive, and I have no restore points.

Specs are:
Windows 10 x64bit (Latest update)
AMD FX-8320 Cput
16gb ddr3 ram
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 (socket m2) motherboard
2048MB ATI AMD Raderon R7 200 Series (MSI) graphics card
500Gb Western Digital SSD
Router and ethernet cable are brand new.

Some pages take up to a minute to load, I should be getting 300 mbps, but I'm only at 100 right now.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
