Experience with MagicIWB S5

Hi guys,

I know this is basically the wrong forum to post in, this is about the MagicIWB S5 OS, which is found on some Samsung Smart Sinage Products,

like the QB65H-TR, which I am struggling with at the moment.

 

I can't get some Features to work, and before I start explaining the backstory and stuff, I want to ask if someone has heard of this display and if someone has experience with it. etc. 

 

If you know the QB65H-TR or a similar product from Samsung with the MagicIWB S5 OS, please post down below.
