Arma 3 multiplayer being a slideshow.

So arma 3 singleplayer runs very good on my pc, i can get 50 fps easily. But when i join any multiplayer server, boom, 10 fps. Changing the settings does absolutely nothing. I can put them to max or low, still 10 fps. I really want to play Altis life, but it isnt possible with 10 fps. On some servers i can get 13 or 14 fps, but no higher. Even if i change the view distance so low i can only see the ground and nothing else, its still that low. 

 

Any tips to improve fps?

With A3 a good tip is to turn down your objects visibility, that might help.

I did turn it down to 0, so I can only see the ground. And guess what, still 10 fps
