My Graphics card is not giving any signal after rebooting my pc and also is not booting up because the keyboard does not work.. When i removed my gpu from the motherboard there was signal from the integrated graphics pc booted up but why is the gpu not working?
Graphics card : Sapphire Ultimate HD6670 1GB GDDR5

It probably doesn't work because the GPU is 8 years old and died of old age. An alternative is that the PCIe lanes running to the expansion slots are fried in the CPU or on the motherboard. Even the slot itself could be damaged or corroded. You really haven't given enough information to know what could be the problem.
