I'm not native in english, so pardon me.

When I was playing casually this afternoon, it was raining. Then a thunder hit near my house then the power went out and got back up within a second. Then my monitor display was gone, but the CPU is still on. So I tried to click things at my keyboard and mouse hoping that it would solve something, but no, so I decided to turn off my CPU thru clicking the power button for a long period, but it won't turn off even though I've been clicking it for 5-10s. So I just unplugged the power. Then I tried to open my PC again, but when it starts, it doesn't display anything(Start-up/Boot up/Windows), meaning I don't have display, at all. Then again I tried to turn it off long pressing the power button, but still, it won't work, so I unplugged it again. I tried to start it up again, but this time, it'll just boot loop. It beeps for 5 times. The first 4 beeps are a long one, but the last beep is weird because it stops as the CPU restarted, so I'm not really sure if it's suppose to be 5 beeps or more. I tried opening my pushing the components inside the CPU thinking that something just loose, but nothing. Then I tried to search fixes on the net, I booted the system without the other components(GPU/HDD/RAM), but still nothing. Disconnected the mouse/keyboard/headset. Cleared the CMOS, removed the CMOS battery, still, nothing. (Still no display)

Mobo: Gigabyte H110M-ds2v

GPU: Palit 1050ti

PSU: Corsair VS450

RAM: G. Skill Ripjaws V 8GB DDR4 (1 Stick)

SSD: Kingston 256GB

HDD: 1TB Barracuda

I'm just a student, and just saved my money to buy this pc, so it means a lot to me. Any help is appreciated.

EDIT:
Update: I tried to use another RAM and it work. But the problem now is display wont show when it is connected to the gpu. But when i use the on-board, it works. Any help?

Hope you had it plugged into a surge protector. Most surge protectors come with a warranty for a certain amount if the product you have plugged it gets fried from a surge....of course many people don't keep the warranty that comes with the surge protector box.

Update: I tried reseating my own RAM after using another. Then It worked. Now the only probmlem is, when I use the GPU to display, it won't.(Complete blank from start up) But when I use the on-board it's completely working. Any ideas?
