Memory seems slow on Ryzen

I have 32GB of Corsair Vengeance PRO RGB RAM which has Samsung B-die chips, it is clocked at 3200MHz with the timings seen below. It seems a bit slow for what it should do, or is it fine?

 

The CPU is a Ryzen 7 3700X

 

Any help is appreciated.
