I am a NON Gamer and I ideally I need a good PSU with long cables so I do not need to go for extensions.
Also, I am a NON- Gamer. Main usage is home photo / video editing, little business work, browsing etc. 32Gb is also future proofing (can afford it currently!). The case is not for display purposes and will be under the desk.

Why do you need a £370 motherboard ? Just get something like a B450 Tomahawk Max.

 

A 1000W psu is just silly overkill. A 550W is already enough. 

 

There are cheaper options for the SSD such as the Corsair MP510, WD Black NVMe, Adata SX8200PRO, HP EX 920/950 and the Sabrent Rocket to name a few.

 

Why a full tower ?

You can get a great motherboard for much cheaper, like an Asus x570 Tuf, a Gigabyte x570 Aorus Elite or an asrock x570 steel legend, all for around 200 pounds

And if your case is not for display purposes, why did you get a 200 pounds one? Look for a case around 100 at max
