Crashes and Graphical Glitches

A few days ago my display started to get weird box shaped glitches on the screen mainly while playing games and occasionally on the desktop and browsers. I tried turning the resolution down on the games to see if that would fix it but the glitches occurred at the same rate. Furthermore the glitches started happening when I first had problems with a game called Hunter Called of the Wild. this game crashes within 15 minutes start up and gives me a GPU is not responding message. All other games are working fine besides the graphical glitches. Here is a picture of the error message when is crashes as well as a photo of the graphical error. It would mean a lot to me if anyone can help me fix my problem, thanks.

Clicking the picture opens my Gmail with errors, LOL

System specs would be good too.  At least the CPU GPU MOBO and RAM and PSU.
