Changing programs process priority via Command Prompt

I was trying to change the priority via Command Prompt. It didn't work and I got this message.

I don't know anything about programming, Does this will affect anything ? If yes, can I revert the change ?

Thanks

I did some research. Return value 5 mean access denied. I need to run Command Prompt  in administrative mode to make it work. It's working now
