5700 XT help

Hi i'm currently upgrading my setup and i have money tied up in old hardware that i need to sell for more upgrades ect.

 

I'll be buying a 5700 XT soon but keeping my old 1080p monitors for a while. They have DVI-D outputs only. Is there anything i need to worry about compatibility wise or can i simply buy a cable and have no issues. This is only a temporary solution. Thanks

144hz wouldn't work for sure via dvi-d to dp or hdmi connector, i needs to be active, which cost quite a lot, standard rez and refreshrate should work

i just need 1080p 60hz these screens are garbage
