running windows the text is magnified to 125% screen res 1920x1080 windows res is also the same

Windows 10? Depending on the installer it might not scale correctly. You can force it with setting the DPI settings manually per application (right click the installer and go to properties -> compatibility tab -> High DPI Settings -> check the High DPI Scaling and set it to application)

yes windows 10 also if I get into this I might have to scale each application manually which will take enough of my time is there something so that I can apply the proper scaling to all of the apps and installer all at once

Not that i know off, there was a program to make it easier: DPI Awareness Enabler but cannot seem to find that anymore (not used it since most apps do not have this issue)

There is mention of a regedit fix but have not tried that, use at your own risk: https://appuals.com/disable-display-scaling-on-high-dpi-devices-in-windows-10/
